This is a screen shot of my three column story board. After marking up my footage, I have added an extra column to my storyboard which makes it easier for me as the editor to select the best clips to match it with the order of the narrative. A three column story board creates simplicity for the editor because, during the editing process the audio times tells me roughly how long that specific clip is meant to be in order for me to cut it accurately so it could be in sync. It is also less time-consuming as it would prevent me from having to try to keep matching the track with the clip. More so, the description of the video tells me exactly what the clip includes which makes things more organised. This would allow me to be able to use the right clips depending on the order of our music video.
